The 3rd in this series of stories that combines romance, suspense, paranormal and even a bit of crime thriller. These kinds of stories always draw me in and the characters of Helena & Thomas did not disappoint.

Hold on it's a bit of dark & twisty ride that our MCs go on. Both have been wrongly and violently abused by life and those around them. It's uncomfortable at times but as with all of Ms Roads books there is always light at the end of paths that these two walk.

Love the symbolism of the Fearless and the Bear legend and how even in their weakness and fear the couple still do their best to make the lives of others around them better even when they've been the very ones that have wronged them in the pass. This story speaks of the need of forgiveness and the power that has for the one doing the forgiving.

I truly had difficulty putting this book down to do my normal day to day tasks and during those breaks I found myself reliving bits of the tale. I was literally sucked into the story from beginning to end.

Never Let Me Fall brings readers back to Abbie Road's world of twisted secrets with a hint of the paranormal. Thomas and Helena are two characters that have been living in the pain of their pasts and trying to move on in any way they can. But for both of them, those pasts continues to pull them back as the fight to let go. When their paths cross they each get thrown a lifeline and may just find a way to leave their demons.

The second I started this book I was captivated by the suspense and the heart pounding moments as I flipped through the pages. Right away I found both Thomas and Helen to be very intriguing characters and I couldn't wait to get more of them even while I was reading along. And when they met and it became this fateful romance and instant connection between them I fell deeper in love with the story. No matter what was happening on the page, whether it was Helen's story being told, or her and Thomas together, there was always something that had me engrossed and I loved that about the book.

Overall, this was an amazing suspense that I loved. It had those take-you-breath-away moments along with the swoon worthy ones and I thought the combination of that was done brilliantly well. I would say that this book could be read before the other books in the series but I would recommend reading them in order.
This I s the third book in the series. Just love it and how these damaged people find their true soul mate. This book carries such horrific crimes done by people to people that shouldn't have happened. Please read the other two books first, though it could be a standalone it would make more sense if read in order. Excellent reads all Abbie Roads books are.
Ms. Roads handles the subject of healing after abuse for both of these characters with sensitivity and believable insight--not surprising given her profession. The twist on the evil stepfather's obsession seemed a stretch, given how things were presented in the first novel of this series. To me, it didn't feel like it gibed quite. The story is fast paced and exciting but I would have liked a bit more of it; the plot seemed more like a novella plot. Maybe Ms. Roads just leaves me wanting more because the writing and story is so well wrought. Please can there be another in the series?
